Mathis-Golding race is of a couple ‘lap dogs’
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Nov. 6, 2011 7:31 pm
The Liz Mathis-Cindy Golding race is a precise example of what is wrong in Iowa politics. With the Iowa Senate and the direction of Iowa development at stake, the GOP and the Democrats give us two lap dogs.
Mathis has exhibited her strongest capabilities of being able to read and obeying commands. Golding is running on a platform of not being Mathis and not being a celebrity.
This is not an election; this is a comedy skit.
