Franklin comes off bench, ignites Washington

CEDAR RAPIDS -- The way Frank Howell sees it, he has six starters.
"It's mathematically impossible to start all of them each game though," said the girls' basketball coach at Cedar Rapids Washington. "Because it's illegal."
It was Danielle Franklin's turn in the rotation to sit at the start. But she more than made her presence felt once she entered the game.
