Penford expansion will bring needed jobs

When we have an opportunity to obtain more jobs and make business in Cedar Rapids better, why would anyone not want this - Penford Products' expansion proposal - for our city? Environmental issues are a big concern and cost for this expansion. Penford will address them on a positive note.
