West works overtime for 4A championship

DES MOINES -- The lead was gone. Iowa City West's championship dream was slipping away, swirling the drain.
Then Tatum Klein provided a long-range plug.
Klein hit a game-tying 3-pointer with 20 seconds left in regulation, then second-ranked West ruled overtime to defeat No. 4 Ankeny, 61-56, and capture the Class 4A girls' state basketball title Saturday night at Wells Fargo Arena.
