Animal care is just as important as a bridge

Why does it bother Johnson County supervisors Janelle Rettig and Rod Sullivan so much to help build a new Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center, but their concerns didn't stop them from voting “yes” to waste taxpayers dollars on the Sutliff Bridge to nowhere?
