Some truths about the Democrats

The negative political ads against the president and Democrats are getting more obnoxious and untrue. President Barack Obama, 2nd District Rep. Dave Loebsack and the Democrats want the country to succeed with a healthy middle class, not just the wealthiest getting richer. Democrats have:
l Produced 10 quarters of economic growth.
l Cut taxes for all working Americans and small businesses.
l Ended the war in Iraq.
l Stopped insurance companies dropping coverage when you get sick.
l Saved the American auto industry.
l Ended unfair credit card fees and penalties.
l Made it easier for women to receive equal pay for equal work.
l Expanded health care coverage.
l Ended “Don't Ask, Don't Tell.”
l Doubled investment in scholarships and financial aid.
We need to get out to vote in the general election in November.
