Appointment

Chris McAndrew (see photo) has been appointed chief financial officer of Waypoint in Cedar Rapids.

Andre Perry, executive director of the Englert Theatre in Iowa City, has been chosen to be among 14 members participating in the 2012 Leadership Development Institute of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters. The group will explore ideas of leadership and community life through the arts and present its findings to APAP in January 2013.

Promotions

Amy Swenka (see photo), a personal banker with Hills Bank and Trust Co., has been promoted to personal banking officer at the bank's North Liberty Zeller Street office.

Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids promoted Connie Snitker to director of technology operations to oversee campus computing and technology infrastructure. Lori Heying has been promoted to executive director for institutional research and data. She will oversee management of the PowerCampus administrative system.

Christine Ward (see photo) has been promoted to accounting manager for Infinity Contact. She was formerly an accounting specialist.

David Parmely has been promoted from vice president commercial banking to vice president senior lender at Bankers Trust.

Colin Wetlaufer (see photo) has been promoted from service manager to vice president and general manager of City Workplace Uniforms & Mats.
