If county benefits, let it share ballparks costs

I have fought for the residents of Dyersville for more than 30 years. The proposed All Star Ballpark Heaven project is a big comment for the city. Once the ballparks are here, they are here to stay, good or bad. Why should Dyersville residents have all the expenses when the rest of Dubuque County will reap the harvest? Is this the right move for our community?
I feel this should be a project for all of Dubuque County; then we won't have to annex the field to the city. Let all of us have our say and give us the right to vote.
