Creative Corridor Workshop on “Building Culture”

Regional economic development partners in Iowa's Creative Corridor are hosting an informational workshop for companies interested in learning more about the importance of culture in the workplace.  Information will be relevant to companies of all sizes, with many examples shared from a traditional manufacturing environment and incorporating Zappos' Insights on engaging employees and wowing customers.

The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, July 12, 2012, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at hotelVetro in downtown Iowa City.  The leadership team from Hagie Manufacturing of Clarion, Iowa, along with local business leadership, will provide a panel discussion and lead breakout sessions on their culture transformation.
