Honor flight coverage applauded; keep it up

I wish to compliment and thank The Gazette for the deserving coverage (“Last hurrahs,” June 9) of the World War II Honor Flight on June 5. It was very comprehensive and well done.
With that said, I'm wondering, where was The Gazette on previous honor flights? Conspicuously AWOL, I would say.
