Column didn’t mention Romneys' tax deduction

I question Kathleen Parker's June 26 column, “Romney Horse.” In Lawrence O'Donnell's television program “The Last Word” on MSNBC, O'Donnell did not demean Mrs. Romney or question her right to be a horse owner. That segment of the program referred to the Romney tax deduction of more than $7,000 for the horse (a fact Parker neglected to mention).
Perhaps Parker didn't have the opportunity to view O'Donnell's program and its contents were misquoted to her by one of her staff.
