The Knights' junior switched from wide receiver to quarterback midway through the 2011 campaign, following an injury to Trev Hadachek, who moved to wideout.College coaches have showed interest in Scheel's ability on the field after helping the Knights to a 10-2 record last season. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound Scheel has received offers from four NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision programs.According to Union Coach Joe Hadachek, University of Nebraska is the latest to offer Scheel a scholarship.
