Mitt Romney should follow father’s example

I lived in Michigan when George Romney was the governor (1963-69). He was a very popular and effective governor, despite being a Republican governor in a state that was controlled by Democrats.
George Romney was a man of principle, integrity and vision. If he were running for president today, I would vote for him.
When he ran for president in 1968, he released 12 years of his tax returns. He was the first presidential candidate to do that. He said that if you only release one year's return, you could easily make it look good.
I have to wonder what George would think of his son these days. Mitt Romney has released only two years of tax returns.
George Romney's tax returns revealed that he was handsomely paid as an auto executive, but he did very little to reduce his taxes with the various tax-avoidance schemes available at the time.
What will Mitt's tax returns tell us about him?
In his defense, Mitt Romney often references John McCain and/or John Kerry, who also only released two years of tax returns. Doesn't he know? They both lost.
