IGHSAU extends deal with Marshalltown

The board of directors of the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union unanimously approved the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA as the host venue of the state swimming and diving Meet through the 2017 season at its Tuesday meeting.“We are very pleased that Marshalltown will be the home for the meet for another five years,” said IGHSAU executive director Mike Dick. “The Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA is an outstanding facility and we have a wonderful working relationship with their outstanding staff.”The Marshalltown Y has hosted the meet since it opened in 2004.
