These are selected by conference coaches.Kayla Armstrong of Class 2A state champion Cedar Rapids Xavier was selected the MVC Valley Division player of the year, Tory Harman of Cedar Rapids Kennedy the Mississippi Division player of the year.Iowa City High's coaching staff was selected Coaching Staff of the Year in the Valley Division, Linn-Mar's Mississippi Division Coaching Staff of the Year.Here are all the teams:
