What Iowa City's downtown Pancheros lacks in size - it's 1,800 square feet compared to the more typical 2,200 to 2,400 - it makes up for in location.
“We have the beauty of the campus set up, students as well as many professionals who work near here come to eat during the lunch hour all the time,” said Pancheros Mexican Grill president and founder, Rodney Anderson. “It's the best corner in downtown.”
