Reception for Iowa City West hoops team on March 24

Iowa City West Athletics Director Scott Kibby said Sunday a reception for the Iowa City West Class 4A state championship boys' basketball team will be Monday, March 24, at 7 p.m. at the school.The Trojans won their third consecutive title Saturday with a 57-46 win over West Des Moines Valley. West is only the second large school to win three straight.The reception for the team is being delayed a week because West students and teachers are on spring break.
