Keating, Robert P. 'Bob'
Robert P. “Bob” Keating, 85, former chief of the Iowa City Fire Department, died at his home Friday, April 26, 2013, surrounded by his family under the compassionate care of Iowa City Hospice. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Iowa City, where visitation will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again one hour before the services on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to support a number of things important to Bob and his family.
