engagement and

upcoming wedding.

Marisa is the daughter of Eric and Julie Armstrong of Clarence. Joel is the son of Robert and Sherri Rouse, also of Clarence. They will be married Sept. 27th, 2014 at St. John's UCC in Clarence.
