Janisse Pietri and Cody Nie are pleased to announce their

engagement and upcoming wedding.

Janisse is the daughter of Wilma Kell of Cedar Rapids, IA and Jorge Pietri of Coral Springs, FL. She received her bachelor's degree in Special

Education from Mt. Mercy University in 2011 and works with the Linn-Mar Community School District.

Cody is the son of Kevin and Amy Nie, and the late Becky Kay Nie. He received his bachelor's degree in

Marketing from Mt. Mercy University in 2014 and works as Development and Marketing Director for the

Hawkeye Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.

The couple will exchange vows in

May 2015 at St. Mark's Faith and Life Center in Marion, IA, with

reception to follow at the Cedar

Rapids Marriott.
