Iowa City man to be arraigned in sexual abuse case

An arraignment date has been set for an Iowa City man accused of third-degree sexual abuse.
Police arrested Adrian Marcos, 22, in connection to a reported sexual abuse Dec. 14 in Iowa City. Marcos' arraignment is set Aug. 5 in Johnson County District Court.
Police said the female victim reported that she awoke in her home to find Marcos having sex with her without her consent.
