So I'll be scarce this week as my family takes part in the great American tradition known as spring break. Without it, I'd have to wait until May or maybe even June to expose my pale Midwestern flab to the Sun's deadly searing rays. Unthinkable. Better go with SPF 375 just to be safe.
Just so the blog doesn't dry up and blow away while I'm gone, I'll be posting some re-runs of columns from Marches past. Maybe you cringed at them when they first ran. If not, life is giving you a rare second chance.
I'll be back next week, tan, rested and ready to provide new, fresh, thought-provoking content. And probably more columns about casinos and my dog.
