Roger Folkmann, 72, of Iowa City, passed away on Aug. 3, 2021, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6, at Lensing's Oak Hill, 210 Holiday Rd., Coralville. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Iowa City. Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery near Williamsburg.
Roger is survived by his wife, Kathy; children, Rodney (Linda) Folkmann and Chelle (Jason) Knox; stepchildren, Andrew (Kit) Huedepohl and Kate (John) Tryon; siblings, Sue (Ron) Roberts, Keith (Carol) Folkmann and Randy (Christine) Folkmann; as well as nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
