Wanda Kay (Starks)
Krapfl, 72, of Cedar Rapids, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family Aug.4, 2021, after a short battle with cancer. Wanda was born Nov. 2, 1948, in Springville, Iowa, and graduated from Springville High School in 1966. She was married for almost 54 years
to Donald Krapfl. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting and sharing the love of Jesus
with everyone she met. She attended New Covenant Bible Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Please leave a message for the family on our webpage, www.cedarmemorial.com under obituaries.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Krapfl of Cedar Rapids; children, Pam (Don) Winchester of Cedar Rapids, Susan (Leon) Krapfl-Marshall of Woodbridge, Va., and Rustin (Tiffany) Krapfl of Orland, Ind.; 10 grandchildren, Emily, Bethany, Donald, and Adeline Winchester, Morgan and Logan Marshall, and Heather, Grace, Maebel and Luke Krapfl; five siblings, Virginia (Larry) Burkey, Linda Butler, Ethel Jones, Richard (Angie) Starks and Russell Starks; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Virginia Starks; and her brother, Edwin (Butch) Starks.
The visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 7, at New Covenant Bible Church. A Celebration of life service will be held at noon by the Rev. Jim Goodrich. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
