Violet Van Waus, 93, of Victor, died Saturday, July 31, 2021, in Dardenne Prairie, Mo. A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Victor with the Rev. Scott Lemaster officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Victor. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Tuesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. A rosary will be held at 10 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be designated to the Violet Van Waus Memorial Fund for masses and mailed in care of the Smith Funeral Home, P.O. Box 485, Victor, IA 52347. Memories and condolences may be shared with Violet's family on the Smith Funeral Home website at www.smithfh.com.
