Arlo Z. Miller, 89, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Beloved husband to Carol of 66 years; also survived by his daughter, Laura; sister, Evelyn; brother, Arland; half-sister, Lisa; grandsons, Dillon and Brock; granddaughter, Sarah; and many nieces and nephews.
Arlo was preceded in death by his parents; son, Arlo Jr.; and brothers, Thaddeus Jr. and Gene.
Arlo graduated from Wilson High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Arlo loved working as a plumber most of his life and enjoyed using his talents to repair or build almost anything. His happiest moments were watching sports and devoting his love to the family pets of horses, dogs and cats.
There will be a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
