Injury-wise, no G Seth Olsen (ankle) and no TE Tony Moeaki (calf). DE Adrian Clayborn seems to be a definite maybe with the slash between him and Chad Geary. Kirk Ferentz did say Olsen might be a couple weeks with the ankle he rolled during a non-contact practice drill during Wisconsin week. Moeaki looked to be good to go for the Badgers game, but he's missed a lot of time at this point. Clayborn played one series vs. the Badgers.

Saturday's game will be the last between Iowa and Illinois until Oct. 8, 2011 at Kinnick Stadium. Iowa won't visit Champaign again until Oct. 6, 2012. Next season, Purdue and Illinois come off Iowa's schedule with Michigan and Ohio State jumping back on.

Illinois has only scored two TDs against the Hawkeyes in the last three meetings.

Iowa's average starting field position the last four games has been its 38-yard line.

In their first two Big Ten games, the Hawkeyes had a turnover margin of minus-5. In the last two, they're plus-5.

RB Shonn Greene is one of two FBS running backs with 100 or more yards in eight games this season.

Iowa ranks fifth in the nation in scoring defense (11.5) and pass efficiency defense (98.0), eighth in red zone defense (66.7%), 16th in fewest yards penalized (36.8), 22nd in rushing defense (105.8) and 20th in total defense (297.8).

Illinois ranks 11th nationally in total offense (462.6) and tackles for loss (7.88), ties for 12th in sacks (3.0) and ranks 16th in passing offense (272.4).

Nine different Hawkeyes have intercepted at least one pass this season. LB Pat Angerer leads the team with four interceptions, while FS Brett Greenwood and DB Amari Spievey have two.

Iowa is tied with seven other schools for fifth in the country with the most players with at least one reception this season (16). Troy ranks first with 21, followed by Tulane (18), Indiana (17) and Louisiana State (17).

Iowa punter Ryan Donahue has recorded at least one punt over 50 yards in five of the last six games (64 yards vs. ISU, 59 at Pitt, 55 vs. NU, 56 at MSU and 56 at Indiana).  

Iowa has scored 35 points or more in back-to-back league games for the first time since scoring 62 vs. Northwestern and 45 at Minnesota in 2002.
