Three dead, one injured in Davenport crash
DAVENPORT (AP) - Authorities say three people from Illinois are dead and another person is injured after a two-car crash in Davenport, Iowa.
Davenport police spokesman David Struckman says the crash happened Friday around 11 p.m. when a car traveling at a high rate of speed lost control and hit a truck.
The names of the deceased were not immediately available. Struckman says authorities are notifying family.
A 21-year-old man was arrested and authorities say vehicular homicide charges are pending. His name was not released.
