By Dee Rickels: I was in a motel room in Owatonna, Minn., and turned on the TV and saw the first plane hit. My husband was in the bathroom, getting ready, and I yelled to him, and we watched in horror. We were on vacation, going to Mall of America. We got to Mall of America to find out they had closed it. Something we will never forget.
