License plates display school pride

It recently was made clear that if your county name on your license plate wasn't able to be seen you were going to be fined.
What about the Hawkeyes, Cyclones and Panthers license plates? The name is where the county should be listed. Are they going to be fined accordingly? Let's make it fair for everyone. Everyone likes to show their school pride, either with the school plates or a frame. Come on, Iowa, do you need money that bad to fine people for showing their loyalty? You're already making money on the school plates. Don't the letters and numbers listed give the owner of the vehicle? I guess it's just another way for Iowa to make easy money.
