Cargill Corn Milling's Christy Venne could easilcan approach her new job as facility manager at the company's huge Cedar Rapids mill with a fair amount of confidence, even at age 36.
That's because. Venne, who began her appointment in Cedar Rapids late last year, had been serving in the same capacity at a smilar plant in Uberlandia, Brazil, for two and a half years.
