HIAWATHA, IA - Russell and Marie Kuhn of Hiawatha will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house that will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church: 1385 Lyndhurst Drive, Hiawatha. Hosts of the celebration will be their four daughters, spouses, and grandchildren.

The former Marie Berry and Russell Kuhn were married August 4, 1959 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Walker, IA. The late Father William Michael presided over the ceremony.

Their daughters are, Deb and Tom Collins of Fairfax, IA; Shelley Cummins of Cedar |Rapids; Vicki and Tom Henry of Toddville, IA; and DeAnne and Larry Sickles of Hiawatha, IA. Their grandchildren are, Brittany and Courtney Collins; Katie, Jessica and Jordan Cummins; Jacob Henry; and Sara, Kayla, and Joseph Sickles.
