Vicki Sue Hadley, 60, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Friday, July 9, 2021, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha, Iowa. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids is assisting the family.
Vicki was born on July 12, 1960, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ben and Janice (Stakey) Galloway. She graduated from Jefferson High School and throughout her career Vicki worked as a professional bartender at various taverns such as Bully's, Mr. B's and O'Maggie's Pub. Vicki was an incredible baker and cook, a devoted mother, and one of the most beautiful persons both inside and out to ever walk the planet. She was a continual supplier of cookies, candies and pies to the neighbors. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Hadley; children, Shayne and Bobbi Ann Kemmerling; mother, Janice Galloway; her sister, Cindy (Galloway) Orf and brother-in-law, Rich Orf of Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Galloway; her son, Nicholas Kemmerling; and her brother, Kevin Galloway.
