Smaller is often much better

As a patient of Dr. Lee Birchansky, I know his surgical team works as one.
I can be dropped off at the curb a few steps from the door, not half a block from the nearest handicap spot. Inside, it's a few steps to admission, not half a mile of corridor needing a wheelchair. There are only a few people in the waiting area. I receive prompt attention.
With eyes dilated, it is good to be picked up at the curb. I was once left marooned in a maze of cubicles following getting dressed in a large Cedar Rapids hospital. Smaller is often much better.
