Top Chef: Downtown Iowa City returns March 31 with an expanded roster of participating restaurants and revamped judging.
The event starts at 5 p.m. at hotelVetro in the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Iowa City. It's an hour longer this year to accommodate guests traveling from outside of Iowa City, says downtown district operations directory Betsy Potter.
