CEDAR RAPIDS -- Name a statistic, any statistic, and Cedar Rapids Kennedy dominated it Friday night.Rebounds? Yep, by a 43-26 margin. 3-pointers? Oh, yeah, by a 13-0 margin.The scoreboard? Absolutely, 81-39, over Cedar Rapids Jefferson at the Cougar gym.It's the ninth straight win in this long series for the Cougars (6-6). Jefferson falls to 5-8.Three Cougars scored in double figures, led by Courtney Strait (14 points). Kennedy steamrolled to a 22-6 lead after a quarter and 37-14 at the half.
