Romney’s actions back up his opinion

On June 14, Mitt Romney said that “talk is cheap.”
Considering that Romney seems to change his opinions every time he opens his mouth (the man has flip-flopped on immigration, the environment, same-sex marriage and his own health care program, to name a few), I can see why he would have that opinion.
