Center Point/Boyson intersection a disaster

A can of yellow paint, a sign and a four-way stop could do wonders for the North Center Point Road/Boyson Road intersection and couldn't possibly cost more than a couple hundred bucks.
This intersection is a disaster during peak traffic. The space from Center Point Road westbound on Boyson to the first traffic light is hardly enough to fit five to six cars. Cars traveling northbound turning left on the green arrow end up blocking the intersection, because cars traveling south turning right on red occupy what little space was intended for them.
Wake up and do something about it. Paint “do not block intersection” on the street. Plant a “no right on red” sign and enforce it! Turn that first traffic light into a four-way stop to keep traffic flowing.
