Re-elect Vernon to keep moving forward

Having known Monica Vernon for many years through a variety of community projects and most recently because of my association with the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce and Priority One, I am supporting her for re-election as District 2 City Council representative. I have witnessed her strong leadership ability and her experience, passion and dedication to making improvements throughout our city, Cedar Rapids is a great city and its future is sure to be vibrant.

Monica has the common sense and energy that pushes our city's direction with positive momentum in many areas, including economic recovery, building and rebuilding, crime prevention, improvements to our infrastructure and flood protection. A vote of confidence for Monica will ensure that we continue to move in the right direction.
