Broad hate crime bill tied to defense bill

As reported on the KCRG-TV9 news, a hate crime bill has been introduced in Congress. Actually the Democrats have been trying for years to get the bill passed but to no avail. The bill prevents any mean mouthing against a homosexual. Which potentially could get a pastor in trouble for stating on Sunday morning what the Bible says about homosexuals.
This time they've tacked it on to a defense bill. No politicians in the country will vote against a defense bill because it will be used against them at election time by their opponents.
