Hawkeyes need to keep athletes all 4 years

The University of Iowa sports teams need the talented seniors to fulfill their senior year at Iowa. If seniors leave early, they should have to repay all costs incurred by the university and the athletic department.
At least 100 people have supported these athletes in their first three years and most of these young athletes won't have salaries close to what the NFL pays those who leave the teams early. The biggest problem at Iowa is the team lacks leaders, and, of course, that comes with experience.
Come on, Hawkeyes, stick with the team for four years and bring a national championship to Iowa. Kirk Ferentz needs to find ways to keep valuable players for four years. They will be great leaders and great teachers. That's what a “team” is really all about.
