Wealthy gaining more control of country

The Supreme Court made another terrible decision. The justices struck down crucial contribution limits that provided one of the few remaining safeguards against corruption. Now, individual ultrawealthy donors will be able to contribute more than $1 million to candidates and political parties.
Who decides what happens in this country?
This country is becoming an oligarchy or government by the few. The more money the wealthy are able to use to buy the politicians they want in office, the more control they will have. If Republicans gain control of Congress and the presidency, this country as we know it will be gone. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and SNAP will be gone.
We must put more Democrats in office. Republicans look out for the wealthy and Democrats look out for the rest of us.
