Taylor gets summer-camp invite

IOWA CITY - Theairra Taylor has been invited to summer camp with the WNBA's Minnesota Lynx.
'I went to the Nashville overseas combine and played well,” Taylor said in a release. 'A few people there took notice and I was invited to the Minnesota Lynx summer camp. I feel blessed to have the opportunity.”
Taylor, a team co-captain, started all 36 games last season, leading Iowa to a 27-9 mark.
She earned Iowa's Coaches Award and Iowa's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award nomination. Taylor averaged a career-best 12.4 points per game.
