Blairstown man dies in crash near Marengo

MARENGO – A Blairstown man died from injuries after investigators say he rolled his Ford F-150 pickup into a ditch early Sunday morning.
The Iowa State Patrol reports Matthew Caster, 31, of Blairstown, was driving in the 1700 block of M Avenue, south of Marengo, at about 2:20 a.m. Sunday when the incident occurred.
Investigators say Caster rolled his truck and was the only victim in the crash. No other details were released.
