Passing buck on Obamacare woes

Finally! Presidential spokesman Jay Carney finally admitted the administration will try to pin the disastrous rollout of Obamacare on Republican sabotage.
This country should expect no less. President Barack Obama has taken the art of “passing the buck” to a new stratospheric level. When in doubt, blame those rascally Republicans or better yet, the previous administration.
