Missing Cedar Rapids girl returns to shelter

A Cedar Rapids girl who was reported missing Monday returned to the youth shelter on her own, police said today.
Nataya Wellington-Dvorak, 15, returned to Foundation II about six hours after an Operation Quickfind was issued. Police indicated in the initial news release that her safety was in question, but she was OK when she returned to the shelter, police said.
