Frustration With Early Round Of Golf

It's spring and time to think about golf again. I haven't been out yet, but friends have. I hope to join them soon, even though I know the frustration of those first couple of rounds. In fact, here's a joke about that.

On a nice, sunny and calm Saturday morning, Fred began his pre-shot routine, trying to visualize his upcoming shot when a voice came over the clubhouse loudspeaker: "Would the gentleman on the Ladies tee please back up to the men's tee!"

Fred, still deep into his routine, seemed impervious to the interruption.

"Would the man on the women's tee kindly back up the men's tee!" the loudspeaker barked.

Frustrated, Fred had had enough. He shouted, "Would the announcer in the clubhouse kindly shut up and let me play my second shot!"
