Don’t take Obama’s word on inequality

The hotshots in the White House obviously are desperate to create some kind of positive legacy for a failed president. They know that they have to change the subject; what better than “inequality”?
Now we hear about five “promise areas” that have high rates of poverty. President Barack Obama, the reborn champion of the little guy, can speechify about his bold “promise zone” crusade. If I lived in one of these “promise zones” I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Obama to actually do anything. The word “promise” and “Obama” don't fit together well.
Remember, “If you like your plan, you can keep it. Period. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period.” Oh well, he can always blame the Republicans. Period.
