Tears for Boston, but not abortion?
The Gazette Opinion Staff
May. 3, 2013 10:56 am
A recent “Vision to America” online issue mentioned that our president attended the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum dedication in Texas on April 24, then returned to Washington, D.C., for the Planned Parenthood Gala the same evening. This is the same president who shed a tear over the Boston bombings.
Where is this president's concern about Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia where this abortionist is on trial for the dispatch of more human beings than the entire number of injured and dead in Boston?
Gosnell, under the claim of assisting in women's health, has been accused of dispatching late-term and newly born children. This is not to mention the women whose “procedure” was botched and are now either dead or permanently damaged.
And then there is that fine Planned Parenthood building in Cedar Rapids. Just what goes on there in the guise of concern for women's health?
And then I remember that some of my tax dollar goes to support this kind of “concern” for women's health, especially in the ramifications of Obamacare.
