Wisdom needed in Options discussions

Recently, the House of Representatives voted to appropriate $694 million to care for the child immigrants from Central America.
Also recently, the federal government advised Options of Linn County about plans to disband. They decided America's disadvantaged ones should enter society and find their own jobs. Our grandson is brain damaged. He cannot do that. He needs Options of Linn County to help him.
I am appalled that our legislators would tolerate such a thing. How much are the downtrodden of America worth? We need wisdom. Where is it? Please contact your congressman.
